Caspase-3 and caspase-7 protein levels are lower in the stroma of TRIM28 high ratio patients. a Caspase-3 and b caspase-7 RPPA intensity levels in the epithelium and stroma of TRIM28 high and low ratio patients are represented by box-plot diagrams. There is significantly less active caspase-3 and -7 present in the stroma of TRIM28 high ratio patients than in the stroma of TRIM28 low ratio patients (p = 0.04 and p = 0.036, respectively).
