Part D, shows qRT-PCR analysis of ZNF334 and TINAGL1 gene expression in the lung SCC lymphatic metastatic tissues and lung non-tumor tissues. Gene expression levels were normalized to the housekeeping gene (GAPDH). Data are expressed using the 2−∆∆Ct method. Non-parametric Wilcoxon test was carried out to evaluate statistical differences between groups. Differences were considered significant at p < 0.05
