DeepTCR analysis reveals relatedness of T-cell repertoires in two inflammation samples. Summarized counts of productive TCR clones that translate into the same amino acid sequences were used for DeepTCR analysis. Unsupervised clustering of 256 normalized structural concepts is shown.
