USP39 promotes SIRT7 expression by activating the transcriptional activity of FOXM1. A Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of FOXM1 in the cytoplasm and nucleus of CaSki and SiHa cells transfected with shUSP39#1/#2. B qRT-PCR was used to measure the mRNA expression of SIRT7 after overexpressing FOXM1 in CaSki and SiHa cells.
