Simulated ischemia–reperfusion (IR) in lung transplantation induces inflammation and cell type specific gene expression in human lung endothelial cells. Network visualization of significant pathways are shown using EnrichmentMap and AutoAnnotate in Cytoscape software. In human pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (HPMEC), IR induced increase in inflammation, vascular process, and apoptosis themes of pathway clusters (red nodes). On the other hand, clusters in DNA, RNA, protein, and mitochondria themes were downregulated (blue nodes)
