The RNA-seq data of the tumours shown in the figure were obtained using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, and the expression levels of XRCC1–6 in tumour tissues and normal tissues were analysed, where the horizontal coordinates represent different genes and the vertical coordinates represent the gene expression distribution.
