LIPUS treatment reduced inflammatory factor expression after ICH. ELISA analysis indicated that A IL-1β, B IL-6, and C MIP-2 levels were reduced after LIPUS treatment of 5 min and 15 min post-ICH. Western blot analysis also showed that D LIPUS treatment significantly mediated ICH-downregulated BDNF expression. E VEGF levels were attenuated with 15 min stimulation but not 5 min.
