FLU inhibits PD-1 expression in Jurkat T cells. A Western blotting was performed with extracts of Jurkat T cells treated with FLU (10 µM) or vehicle for 24 h. Membranes were treated with antibodies to PD-1 or β-actin then with secondary antibodies for detection.
