FLU inhibits PD-1 levels without affecting PD-L1 and stimulates CD3+ cell accumulation. Immunohistochemical analysis was performed on Day17 B16F10 tumors from vehicle or FLU-treated mice. Quantification and representative photomicrographs of immunostaining for A peritumoral, B intratumoral PD-1+, C peritumoral skin CD3+ and D intratumoral PD-L1+. IOD and tissue area were assessed using Image-Pro Plus® and mean of IOD/µm2 was determined. Representative immunohistochemical staining is shown (right).
