Four pairs (P1–P4) of consecutive slices of human postmortem brains were obtained from two distinct anatomical locations (ON and TN). Two types of computational analyses were performed (spot clustering and snRNA-seq label transferring) and further divided into additional subtypes (before and after CSDI for each category).
