Expression profiles and survival analysis of ZDHHC genes in PAAD tumors. A The GEPIA database analysis revealed the ZDHHCs expression in pancreatic cancer tissues versus normal pancreatic tissues. The ZDHHCs expression levels were expressed in log2 (TPM + 1) log scale (TPM: transcript per million).
