Wilcoxon signed-rank tests were performed between replicates on both the raw and normalized relative florescent units (RFU) of three housekeeping genes (ACTB, GAPDH, TFRC). To assess potential batch effects, both batches were combined and principal component analysis (PCA) was performed to visualize clusters of normalization genes and immune module genes separately
