solTNF-driven resistance to MAPKi is transient and can be neutralized using solTNF-targeting biologics. A SK-Mel-37 cells were treated with solTNF for 72 h, after which they were rested in solTNF-free medium for 0 h, 24 h or 48 h and tested for their sensitivity to MAPKi.
