BRAFV600E+ melanoma cell lines display different expression patterns of TNFR1, TNFR2 and CD271. Seven human BRAFV600E+ melanoma cell lines were evaluated for TNFR1, TNFR2 and CD271 expression levels by flow cytometry. Cells were stained by two-step staining.  Dotted line–IgG control.
