Inhibition of FOXS1 suppresses cell migration, invasion, proliferation, and increases apoptosis in CRC cells. A CCK8 B, colony formation C, Edu assays D, Wound healing E, transwell assays were performed to detect the migration, invasion, and proliferation ability of CRC cells transfected with or without FOXS1 inhibition, in CRC cells, as well as with or without the Wnt pathway activator by LiCl. F Flow cytometry was used to assess cellular apoptosis of CRC cells transfected with or without si-FOXS1, as well as those of cells treated with or without LiCl.
