GATA2-AS1 facilitates CRC cell migration, EMT and stemness via modulating GATA2 expression. Rescue experiments were conducted in HCT116 and SW480 cells transfected with indicated plasmids. A Transwell assays were conducted to detect the migration ability of CRC cells.
