Stress-induced epinephrine promotes the EMT and transformation of colon cancer cells into cancer stem-like cells through the TRIM2/p53 axis. A–C Western blot analysis indicated that inhibiting TRIM2 expression reverses the EPI-induced promotion of EMT and CSCs in CRC cells.
