ROC curve analysis to assess the performance of the dPCR-NIPT assay over a range of Z-score cut-off values, both in a trisomy-specific manner and in a manner of combining all three trisomies as one screening test. The absolute value of a Z-score was used as a predictor of trisomies for samples exceeding the cut-off value of 1.65 for the number of high risk results.
