Urinary Cytokine concentrations in patients with Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome (IC/BPS), and unaffected controls (UC). Nine cytokines (Interferon-γ, Interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12p70, IL-13, and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α) were assessed using a MSD U-plex 10 spot assay (Mesoscale discovery, Catalog # K15049K-1).
