Cystoscopic images of Hunner Lesions (HL) from 2 different patients with Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome with Hunner Lesions (IC/BPS-HL) compared to healthy bladder tissue. HLs are typically circumscribed, reddened mucosal areas with small vessels radiating towards a central scar and are seen in about 5 to 10 percent of patients with IC/BPS [4].
