Knockdown of HDAC4 or IRAK1 promotes radiosensitivity of EC cells in vivo. Nude mice were subcutaneously injected with radioresistant KYSE30 (KYSE30R) cells with shRNA (sh-) against HDAC4 or IRAK1.
