TILs are associated with a deletion of 13q14.2 in UPS. Samples were split into three equally sized groups based on their TIL score. The oncoprint shows deletions, fusions and SNVs enriched in the lower TIL score tertile for UPS. For each group and gene, the percentage of samples with at least one alteration is given. Additionally, the bottom heatmaps show matched gene expression data (pink: not available). With the exception of ATP7B, all of the deleted genes were located in the 13q14.2 region.
