PX inhibits ferroptosis via Keap1-Nrf2/HO-1 pathway. BEAS-2B cells are co-treated with 40 μg/ml of PX and the HO-1 inhibitor SnPP or Nrf2 inhibitor ML385 in the presence of LPS for 24 h.
