OKN-007 and LDN-193189 both decrease tumor volumes in a pre-clinical model for DIPG. Average weekly tumor volumes for each treatment arm. All three treatment groups had similar tumor volumes from day 14 to day 28, prior to treatment initiation. Once treatment started on day 28, there is clear divergence of tumor volumes between each treatment group.
