Decision curve analysis (DCAs). The y-axis measures the net benefit. Threshold probability refers to the point at which a patient considers the benefit of treatment for intermediate to high-risk LNM equivalent to the harm of over-treatment for low-risk disease and thus reflects how the patient weights the benefits and harms associated with the decision. The higher curve at any given threshold probability is the optimal prediction to maximize net benefit. The decision curve showed that the model using all feature sets adds more net benefit than other models
