TaqMan low density array miR expression, comparison of ALL subgroups and controls. The heatmap displays the expression pattern of microRNAs measured in platelet-free plasma derived from bone marrow and peripheral blood samples of pediatric ALL patients. The horizontal axis shows the origin of samples in different subgroups (normal karyotype: no alteration on FISH, DNA index diploid and cytogenetics normal or unsuccessful; HD: hyperdiploid subgroup), the day of sampling in relation to start of treatment. The vertical axis shows the 44 previously selected microRNA repertoire. miR-484 was used as normalizing miR. Expression of further 2 miRs was not detected in any samples. The scale shows the normalized log2 transformed expression levels. Yellow indicates microRNA down-expression, red indicates overexpression compared to the normalizing miR
