Expression of PTEN and DNMT1 in 293T cells with miRNA-148a knockdown and incubated with MDEs. Expression of PTEN (a) and DNMT1 (c) proteins was analyzed in 293T miRNA-148a knockdown cells following incubation with MDEs.
