Prognostic nomogram for NSCLC patients to assign their probability of survival at 3, 6, and 12-months after nivolumab treatment initiation. The probability of survival at 3, 6, and 12 months can be obtained as function of total points calculated as the sum of points for each specific variable. Points are assigned for each risk factor by drawing a line upward from the corresponding values to the ‘point’ line. The total sum of points for three risk factors is plotted on the ‘total points’ line. A line is drawn down to read the corresponding predictions of 3-, 6-, 12-month-survival probability
