MIP-1β together with IP-10 decreased EP2 expression on CD8⁺T cells. PBMC was isolated from healthy controls (n = 5) and incubated with MIP-1β (1 ng/ml, 2 ng/ml, 5 ng/ml), IP-10 (1 ng/ml, 2 ng/ml, 5 ng/ml) or a combination of MIP-1β and IP-10 (2 ng/ml) for 7 days. The frequency of EP2⁺ CD8⁺ T cells was determined by flow cytometry. Statistical analyses were analyzed using the paired t test. *p < 0.05
