Immunofluorescence staining of NF-κBp65 expression. NF-κBp65 was primarily expressed in the nucleus but barely expressed in the cytoplasm of the cells. The expression of NF-ĸBp65 was more clearly decreased in the AMT-anti-IL-1β-mAb-SPION group than that in the anti-IL-1β-mAb-SPION and plain-SPION groups (a).
