The expression of IL-10 and TNF-α in the kidney were detected by Western Blot after TBI injury. The expression levels of IL-10 and TNF-α can been induced by TBI injury in kidney tissue of Tibet minipigs. The concentrations of IL-10 and TNF-α were the highest in kidneys treated at dose of 8 Gy.
