TPO levels in supernatant of HepG2 cell cultures after incubation with human platelets. After incubation with human platelets for 6 h under various conditions, supernatant TPO levels were measured using a Magnetic Luminex® Performance Assay Human TPO kit. Closed bars represent the platelets stored at 22 °C and open bars represent the platelets stored at 4 °C (n = 3). There were no significant changes in supernatant TPO levels according to time course and storage temperature (P > 0.05)
