KLF5 overexpression promoted hypoxia-induced DDP resistance in NSCLC cells through activation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway. A549 cells were treated with Vector, pcDNA-KLF5 or combined with 10 μM LY294002 (a specific PI3K inhibitor) under hypoxia. The protein levels of HIF-1α (a) and P-gp (c) in treated A549 cells were detected by western blot. b MTT assay was conducted to assess cell survival in treated A549 cells. *P < 0.05
