KLF5 knockdown inhibited hypoxia-induced activation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway in NSCLC cells. The protein levels of mTOR, PI3K, p-Akt, and Akt were determined by western blot after A549 (a) and H1299 (b) cells transfected with or without si-KLF5 or si-NC were incubated under a normoxic or hypoxic condition. *P < 0.05
