KLF5 knockdown inhibited hypoxia-induced HIF-1α expression and glycolysis in NSCLC cells. A549 and H1299 cells were transfected with or without si-KLF5 or si-NC and incubated under a normoxic or hypoxic condition for 48 h. Western blot analysis was performed to detect the protein level of HIF-1α in treated A549 (a) and H1299 (c) cells.
