Effect of in vivo depletion of NK, CD4+ or CD8+ T cells after Mix + GalCer treatment. Mice (n = 5) were injected with 4TOO tumor cells (4 × 105 cells, iv) and were treated 2 days after tumor injection with a single dose of Mix + GalCer vaccine (iv). Other groups of mice (n = 5 per group) received the same regimen of tumor and Mix + GalCer vaccine injection but they were depleted for CD4 (anti-CD4, GK1.5), CD8 (anti-CD8, 53-6.72) and NK (anti-asialo GM1) cells. *p = 0.01
