IFN-γ producing iNKT, NK and T cells are increased after Mix + GalCer vaccination. Untreated, Mix, α-GalCer and Mix + GalCer treated mice (n = 2 per group) were sacrificed 3 days after treatment. Splenocytes were assessed for IFN-γ secreting a iNKT cells or b NK cells by flow cytometry. In addition, 2 × 106 splenocytes of each group were cocultured with irradiated 4TOO tumor cells (2:1 ratio) for 24 h. After this time, CD4+ (c) and CD8+ (d) T cells were assessed for IFN-γ secretion by flow cytometry. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.005
