Mix + GalCer vaccine induces a potent in vivo therapeutic antitumor immunity against B cell lymphoma. Balb/c mice (n = 10) were injected with 4 × 105 4TOO tumor cells (iv) on day 0 and were treated 2 days later with a single dose of Mix + GalCer vaccine (iv) or control treatments, including α-GalCer alone, DCs alone, DCs with α-GalCer and Mix.
