Splenocyte proliferation assay. Mice from PBS and CHOP×2 groups were sacrificed at day 45 p.t.i., and spleens were removed for splenocyte proliferation assay. Splenocytes were labeled with CFSE and cultured for 4 days with Concanavalin A (ConA) or left unstimulated. The percentage of proliferation cells for each condition was determined as described in M&M. Results are shown as the mean ± standard deviation (n = 5)
