  1. Simple correlations and partial correlation adjusted for BMI among the PhA and anthropometric measurements, metabolic profile and bioelectrical variables. There was a significant negative association among the PhA and BMI, WC, lipid and hepatic profile, MetS and R and Xc; and significant positive association with HDL-cholesterol. In addition, after adjusting for BMI, the associations among the PhA, metabolic parameters and CRP levels remained still significant in psoriatic patients only
