PRL-3-inhibitor I blocked the migration of the human prostate cancer cell line PC3. 10 × 105 PC3 cells were seeded in each well in 6-well trays with 10 % FCS in RPMI for 48 h to grow a confluent layer. A scratch was made at 0 h through the confluent layer with the tip of a pipette, and then the cells were washed carefully with PBS to remove non-adherent cells.
