Effect of TLR2 ligands on the release of Th17/22 cytokines from PBMCs in AD patients. PBMCs were incubated with PGN or Pam3CSK4 for 48 h. Release of IL-17F (a) and IL-22 (b) from PBMCs was determined by ELISA. Data are shown as mean ± SEM.
