Production of standard medium (condition A), fibrinogen-depleted medium without (condition B) and with heparin (condition C). To prepare standard medium A (white), αMEM was supplemented with 10 % pooled human platelet lysate (pHPL), 5.5 mM Dipeptiven and 2 IU/mL heparin.
