Cytokines determination in BALFs. Control and DRA challenged mice treated with either saline or budesonide were sacrificed at 6 or 8 weeks and a panel of 23 cytokines was analysed using a Bio-Plex™ Cytokine Assay Kit (Bio-Rad Laboratories). Eight mice were used for every time points and the experiment was replicated three times. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM fold-increase vs the average of the control group of the three different experiments.
