Gel filtration chromatography of b-GGT released by TNFα/IL-1-activated monocytes (a) and M1-like macrophages (b). Monocytes and GM-CSF-differentiated M1-like macrophages were incubated with TNFα/IL-1β (both 10 ng/ml, 24 h), then supernatans were pooled and ultracentrifuged (100,000×g, 120 min, 4 °C).
