Functional analysis of IFN-γ production in peritoneal tumor-associated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from treated mice. Mice (6 mice per group) inoculated i.p. with 1 × 106 ID8 cells 10 day earlier were treated as described in Fig. 1a. Seven days after treatment commencement, tumor-associated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from peritoneal cavity of treated mice were assayed of IFN-γ production by intracellular cytokine staining.
