From: KIR diversity in three ethnic minority populations in China
Principal component analysis (PCA) was conducted on the carrier frequencies of nine variable KIR genes. The PCA graph which was dependent on the frequencies of carriers with nine variably KIR genes (2DL1-3, 2DS1-4, 3DL1 and 3DS1) showed a worldwide perspective on the relationship between the three groups studied in this paper and other populations.
