Notch-1 knockdown inhibits the migratory capacity of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells. Cells were treated as in described in Materials and methods. The migration of cells was assessed by Transwell assays. Data shown in (d) are expressed as mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments in triplicate. The average invaded cells number of the groups ACC-M (NC), ACC-M Mock (PC) and pLenR-Notch-1-shRNA1 were (93.7 ± 3.5), (87.3 ± 5.1) and (56.7 ± 4.2), respectively.
