ABE has no effect on the cell viabilities of bone marrow derived macrophages (BMMs) and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). (A) BMMs were cultured in the presence of M-CSF and RANKL with or without different concentrations of ABE (0.16, 0.8, 4 μg/ml, respectively). (B) BMSCs were cultured with or without different concentrations of ABE (0.16, 0.8, 4 μg/ml, respectively). Twenty-four hours later, cells were determined by 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide method. Cell viability of the control was taken as 100%.
