Propofol inhibited HCC growth in vivo . The tumor-bearing mice were treated with 0 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg propofol by i.p. injection. (A) Tumor sizes on each mouse were monitored 2 times per week and (C) tumor weights were measured.
