Propofol inhibited HCC growth in vivo . The tumor-bearing mice were treated with 0 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg propofol by i.p. injection. (A) Tumor sizes on each mouse were monitored 2 times per week and (C) tumor weights were measured. The tumor-bearing mice were treated with 100 μg/kg clodrolip, 20 mg/kg propofol + 100 μg/kg clodrolip, 50 mg/kg propofol + 100 μg/kg clodrolip, (B) Tumor sizes and (D) tumor weights were determined. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 indicate significant differences from control group. #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01 indicate significant differences from clodrolip group.
